Starter Package - from £40 + VAT per month
If you are just starting out with your business but are not sure where to start when it comes to your bookkeeping obligations then this will be the package for you. Our bookkeeping services are tailored to your individual needs, so after our initial meeting we will help you to select a suitable bookkeeping software package and get it set up and ready for use. We will work with you during the initial months to ensure you are proficient and then let you get on with completing your own bookkeeping. Each quarter, or monthly if you prefer, we will review your entries and figures and report any issues to you. You can of course call or email us as many times as you like, within reason, if you have any problems.
Standard Package - from £65 + VAT per month
If you are a new or established business, don't have the time or inclination to complete your own books and don't need too many frills then this package could be for you. We will collect your records (you can bring them to us if you prefer) each month or quarterly, post to a suitable software package and balance and reconcile your bank account.
Premium Package - from £90 + VAT per month
As an established business and are looking for a monthly bookkeeping service but perhaps want a little more than the standard package. You might have some customer and supplier credit accounts to reconcile each month, maybe some credit card receipts. We will collect your records (you can bring them to us if you prefer) each month or quarterly, post to a suitable software package and balance and reconcile your bank accounts, supplier statements and customer accounts. We'll provide some monthly reports to help you keep track of your income and expenditure.
Enterprise Package - from £125 + VAT per month
Suitable for established, slightly larger businesses. You'll receive all the benefits of the Premium Package plus reconciliation of all control accounts ready for preparation of your management or financial accounts. We'll send out monthly statements to your customers if necessary and send out credit control emails as required.
